Jesus Christ is the Answer
- Final Authority
- The Word of God is the final authority. Though men have cursed,
abused, denied, and made fun of it, it is still the inerrant, infallible,
and inspired Word of God by which people will be judged on Judgment Day.
- II Timothy 4:1; Matthew 4:4; James2:12-13; John 12:48
The Word of God states that a person must be saved or born again to enter
the Kingdom of God (Heaven) – John 3:3. If one chooses not to
accept Christ as Savior, his destination will be a place of everlasting
fire, brimstone, loneliness, depression, etc. called hell – II
Thessalonians 1:7-9. If you are interested in seeing what the Bible

- All Have Sinned
- - “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” –
Romans 3:23
Whether or not we want to admit it, sometime in our lives we have broken
the holy law of God. Therefore, we have sinned. From another perspective,
Romans 14:23 tells us “whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”
So if you have never been saved, you have never placed your faith in the
shed blood of Jesus Christ as payment for your sins, and you are therefore
continually in sin.
Your Sins Must Be Paid For
- "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 6:23
- "The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that
forget God." – Psalms 9:17
There is no getting around it. Your sins must be paid for. That penalty
for sin is death – not only
physical death, but also eternal separation from
God, which is spiritual death.
Christ Paid For Your Sins
- "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in
Him should not perish, but have everlasting
life." – John 3:16
- "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us."
Romans 5:8
Nearly 2000 years ago, Christ paid for your sins. He left the splendor
of Heaven to live a lowly life here
on earth and die in your place. He has
already paid the penalty of sin for you with his own personal
death on the
cross. His shed blood on Calvary’s cross was and is the only thing worthy to
buy you
back from the clutches of sin. However, if you fail to accept
Christ, you will spend eternity in the horrors of the lake of fire because
you failed to accept God’s wonderful payment for sin, which he has given in
the person of Jesus Christ.
What You Must Do To Be Saved
You must be willing to repent of your sins and must believe in Christ
and confess him as Lord.
- "Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God;
Repent, and turn yourselves from
your idols; and turn away your faces from
all your abominations." – Ezekiel 14:6
- "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be
blotted out..." – Acts 3:19
- "That if thou shalt confess with they mouth the Lord Jesus, and
shalt believe in thine heart that God
hath raised him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness and with
the mouth confession is made unto salvation." – Romans 10:9-10
If you have just prayed the sinner’s prayer of repentance, and accepted
Jesus Christ as Savior of your life, then you have allowed God in the form
of the Holy Ghost to come in and take his place in your life. Your body is
the temple of God (the Holy Ghost) so treat it as such.
